Romar and Innovation Medical have agreed to enter into a joint enterprise agreement for the purpose of further business development. Each company will maintain their individual branded names in their respective jurisdictions whilst conducting business operations as a joint enterprise. As an integrated business enterprise, one company will become an extended business unit of the other company for the purposes of strengthening, complementing and supplementing the service offerings of the company. The respective executive members of each company has granted authority to the other to represent and make preliminary decisions, where required, on behalf of the other company with respect to business opportunities. Executive members of both companies will co-operate, consult and advise one another (as a cross functional management team) on business matters affecting both companies and final execution being effected upon a joint agreement.
